Complete Renovation with an addition of a single family home. Designed a large great room that bridged the existing home with the new addition seamlessly. Created a new master suite with vaulted ceiling to top off this stunning design.
Lafayette Custom Home Design
A Modern custom single family home design for a Client. Designed into the hill with sweeping views from the rear of the home. Coordinated with structural engineer to create multiple Rooftop decks while maintaining a natural flow through three floors of living space.
Freeman Ave Development
Freeman Ave Development includes two buildings. First Building includes 3 new market rate townhomes, the Second building includes two market rate rental units. Designed renovation of historic building with 2 apartments. Guided Client through Historic Preservation process and worked with City to create a design in fitting with the West End Neighborhood Standards.
